Once you have arrived to your appointment at the agreed date and time, I will health check over your dog and make sure your dog is relaxed and healthy before starting. I will discuss with you what you require and arrange a pickup time once the grooming is completed. I offer one to one appointment only so your dog is my main priority through the grooming process and has my full attention and care.
It fully depends on the dog, breed and size. I aim for two hours per dog but this depends fully on the dog itself. My main priority is making sure the dog is safe and comfortable.
It is very important to keep on top of your dog's grooming, whether it is getting them groomed every 6-8 weeks by a trained professional or washing and brushing them yourself. If any grooming is neglected such as washing, brushing, nails and teeth, this can lead to health issues for the dog and make the dog extremely uncomfortable and this could also lead to expensive vet bills.
You can either call, message via email, WhatsApp or text. Sometimes I cant always answer the phone when working but I will get back you asap. Please leave a voice message or send a text/WhatsApp message with as much information as possible about your dog, the breed and what services you re interested in.
